Koketso Moseneke

Founder & Managing Partner

After 20 years of involvement in community upliftment projects, from collaborations with Mme Mary Loate, Legae la Bana in Winterveldt in 1999,  Leamogetswe in Atteridgeville, the Wits 8 Bursary funding, through Encha Group spearheading the establishment of the Calabash Fund @ Pretoria Preparatory School to support families financially challenged by high costs necessary to access support for their deserving children, Project Managing Building a home in Soshanguve for children in need and collecting shoes for disadvantaged children. I am passionate about youth support.

In 2016, while still employed fully at Encha Property Services, I yearned for  more intense  personal involvement in community development and investment, and pursued collaborations with numerous existing organizations with whom I sought to cooperate and collaborate on this front.  After two years of this collaborative effort, it became clear that if  my quest for the kind of vision I have for  “youth support and social change agency “was never going to unfold on a platform set by another. After deliberations with family and close friends, The Supreme Cadets Institute was established and the same name, NPO registered in 2018.

With unwavering active  support of my  husband Tiego, my late Sister-In-Law Mericky Moseneke, an educator, who passed on in 2019.  (May her beautiful Soul Rest in Eternal Peace ), my  colleague  at Encha, I requested support from Emogen Mathe,  Ntate Modise, who worked with us while he was an active teacher, mentoring girl and boy students  and continues to counsel and motivate us today, now on pension and joined as our Pillar by his wife Mme Dorothy Modise, my Sister Dr. Lerato Maiphetlho, the growth of this Supreme Vision continues.

With B.Comm (hons) from UNIBO(Now Northwest University); B.A. Psychology (Hons) and LLB from UNISA I believe in the value of education as a vehicle of empowerment and transformation.
