Surprise Nkwinika joined the Supreme Cadets Institute in May 2018 as a Ranger. He facilitated the senior Cadet activities. He monitored the point system for all Cadets. Prior to joining the Supreme Cadets Institute, Surprise worked as a learner support agent at the Gauteng Department of Education where he assisted high school learners with their social challenges that they encountered in high school. Surprise is inspired and driven by youth development and the love he has for his community. He is an avid cricket and soccer fan.
