
Paul Modise
Co-Founder
Paul Modise is a Founding Member and Patron of SCI. He started teaching English at Saulridge Secondary School in 1980 until 2015 when he retired. During his time as a teacher, he was a facilitator of the debate club. In addition, he started a helping group to mentor young boys in the school, which later came to be known as the Atteridgeville Scouts Movement when he merged his club with the girl guides groups at Saulridge Secondary School.
Paul also serves a board member of member Mamelodi International Assemblies of God (MIAG) where he also assists with the Sunday School Program. He is also singing with the MIAG Choir based in Mamelodi and Heritage Choral for retired teachers based in Atteridgeville. Paul has a passion for seeing young people progressing in life, and more so when they exceed and occupy higher positions in life. He feels fulfilled when he sees success stories from the learners he has taught and seeing them progress.
